PGPGen is a project that allows automatically generating web applications written in php language, based on its conceptual model written in xml


The Pathogen Sequence Signature Analysis (PSSA) project is focused on performing computational analysis of nucleotides sequences of different microorganisms. This tool uses phylogenetic analysis to identify the Serotype/Clade and Genotype of selected microorganisms. Analyses may be performed on very large data sets. The report of the analysis per sequence contains a brief overview of the nucleotide changes that produce an amino acid change, followed by details of the phylogenetic analysis including a phylogenetic tree.


The project "SCR" is designed to control routs of recycling material, generating reports of each form in which the information is registered that is related to routs, drivers, branches, and observations of the kinds of the materials. Its functionality is specified by user roles

Naive Bayes

Naive Bayes allows performing the data mining algorithm called naive bayes. This algorithm is based on a set of training registries that obtains estimation results through the calculation of probabilities and normal deviation


Robocode allows to program robots through different Domain Specific Languages (DSL). Each robot is represented by a tank. For this, it is required an application in java that acts as infrastructure that provides different services for supporting the functionality described in the DSLs. The project offers elements for teaching DSLs development.


The project BMA (Biomedical Mutation Analysis) was designed to provide analysis of mutations accessible online. BMA is a user-friendly application where the user can compare biological sequence alignment with reference sequences. The output given presents the place where there changes.


TelApp is a system based on m-marketplaces to market products and services to the textile industry. It is an application where various elements such as owners of the service, variety of services and customers interested in the textile sector converge in order to increase productivity in companies through the virtual market.

ARtesanias App

ARtesanias App is based on the implementation of an App focused on the purchase and sale of Colombian crafts through mobile devices connected to internet and whose most important feature, is the deployment of products using augmented reality. This technique involves the deliberate combination of virtual elements with a real environment and give rise to a mixed reality.

BlackJack App

BlackJack App is a prototype of synchronous communication, using SOA. The case study chosen for the development of this prototype is blackjack as their technical and communication features are suitable and easily adaptable to the selected architecture.


The project SGPH allows the management of actors and activities related with condos administration. This application has been created to provide services online regarding condos. Through this platform, the administrator can create receipts and record payments of owners, among and other administration activities. In addition, owners can check the status of their accounts and notify property events


The project Maraton allows the management of actors and activities related to programming contests. This application has been created to train students of the Universidad Distrital and students from partner universities in programming topics. Through this application, it is possible to manage administrators, students, competitions and results.
